NGC 2403 is a spiral galaxy in the constellation Camelopardalis.

It has an apparent magnitude of 8.9 and is part of the M81, M82 group located nearby in Ursa Major.

The galaxy was discovered by William Herschel in 1788.

2 supernovas have been discovered in NGC 2403. The most recent being in 2004.

It's distance from us is about 10 million light years away.
