Public Outreach Programs

Join Discovery Station and the TriState Astronomers at the Conococheague Institute for a Free Stargazing Party!
The TriState Astronomers will be on-site with telescope viewing and a laser-guided tour of the night sky! Discovery Station will be on-site with constellation activity kits available for purchase and there will be historical activities happening in the historic structures of the site. Masks and social distancing are required.

Night Sky Network
As a member of the Night Sky Network and as a public service, Tri-State Astronomers offer OutReach programs to communities in the local tri-state area.

If you are interested in requesting a Tri-State member to conduct a presentation at an event, please email the request to Dan Kaminsky. Please submit the request at least 4 weeks in advance of the event.

Tri-State Astronomers is a non-profit volunteer organization and cannot guarantee availability of a presenter for the requested event.
